This position is located in Avon, CT
Starting pay is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
Basic Job Function: Supports remanufacturing of electronic printers, power supplies and related products. Designs, installs, and maintains electrical test fixtures and equipment consoles used in the testing of printers, displays, and sensor products. Troubleshoots and fixes circuit boards.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoots and fixes product circuit board problems that are beyond the capabilities of other production personnel.
- Becomes trained on all department products.
- Works with Engineering and Quality Control to maintain and optimize manufacturing and quality control procedures for existing products.
- Assists in maintaining shop tools, production equipment and auxiliary equipment.
- Assists manufacturing personnel on remanufacturing products. Assists management in selecting and updating equipment.
- Keeps up-to-date with new technologies developing in the electronic field. This may require participating in training seminars.
- Provides support in solving electronic problems in other departments.
- Attends various company meetings and maintains good communications with other departments.
- Works on production when time allows, and carries out other duties that may be assigned.
