Job Summary:  We are seeking candidates for Assembly, Cabling and Harnessing on 1st shift.  Pay is between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 is beneficial, not necessary.
  • RoHS soldering and leaded soldering.
  • Looking for candidates with small part assembly experience, soldering would be helpful but not required.

Could be doing either or both of the following positions:

  1. Circuit board assembly (PCB Assembly):  There are many components involved in the assembly of the circuit boards, there will be soldering and touch up work.
  2. Cable fabrication. (Work is very much like Circuit Board assembly):  This position is done primarily sitting at a bench under bright lights and entails crimping and soldering cable parts. Magnifiers are available. Will be working with small parts, cutting the rubber around the wires with hand razor, will use wire stripper to strip the conductor and will cut strip lengths. Will plug each wire into the proper connection. Must pay good attention to detail and be comfortable using a magnifying glass microscope. Must be able to read from blueprints or follow a model to assemble the cable.
